Bespoke Counsel

Niche expertise for sophisticated, sustainable matters.

About Us

BrisolRE consults and advises on transactions at the center of real estate and renewable energy. We handle the full scope of work required to establish site control — including purchases & sales, easements, leases, and option agreements — for traditional commercial real estate, wind, solar, battery storage, data center, electric vehicle infrastructure, and other types of developments projects.

Often referred to as greenfield transactions, the early-stage work for real estate and energy projects lays the legal foundation for future development. As projects advance, we continue supporting clients through commercial and industrial matters tied to long-term asset operations.

We counsel deals that move with the projects.
